Your Role
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of electrical elements on your assigned projects. Here’s what you can expect:
* Compliance First: Ensure all works meet Kier standards, UK law, and project requirements, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
* Collaborative Design: Work alongside design teams and clients to optimize designs for efficient, safe, and compliant construction.
* Project Management: Manage project controls, including change, risk, opportunity, and quality assurance.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support project team members by setting clear expectations and fostering a "one team" approach.
* Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered within agreed time frames and budgets, achieving successful outcomes aligned with commercial and quality targets.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for electrical works and demonstrate sound decision-making aligned with commercial priorities.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate who is:
* Technically Proficient: You should be well-versed in Electrical Services and safety, holding a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
* Accredited: CSCS and SMSTS accreditation are essential.
* Experienced: Ideally, you have experience overseeing Electrical Services installation on large-scale construction projects.
* Security Clearance: Eligible for Security Clearance due to the nature of the project.
