The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation in financial planning and a desire to take a more active role in client relationships. They will be confident, articulate, and capable of making every client feel like the most important person in the room.
Salary up to GBP50,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality technical paraplanning support across a range of client scenarios.
* Produce compliant, fully personalised reports and documentation.
* Collaborate closely with directors on calculations, technical queries, and planning strategies.
* Gradually take on responsibility for a portfolio of clients, particularly less complex cases, as part of the journey toward CAS.
Professional Development:
The firm is committed to continuous training and development. Full support is offered for relevant professional exams (CII, STEP, CISI, LIBF, etc.), including funded study time and direct mentorship from senior advisers.
