Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Henley-on-Thames who are looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional and educational growth
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Monitor and record children’s progress and development
* Support the wider nursery team in creating a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
