Provide high-level personal assistance to the Group Director, including confidential administrative support, diary management, and communication handling.
Offer efficient general administrative support to the Capital Projects Team, ensuring adherence to college systems and quality standards. Main Responsibilities: General College Responsibilities:
Uphold the college's mission, values, and equality policies.
Engage in professional development and continuous improvement activities.
Support health and safety practices.
Contribute flexibly across the college, especially during workload peaks or across sites. Specific P.A. & Administrative Duties:
Handle the Group Director’s schedule, meetings, minutes, and correspondence.
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for administrative tasks.
Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and data accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate events and ensure timely communication flow within teams. General Admin & Data Responsibilities:
Create and manage databases, including contract and financial data.
Support partnership and apprenticeship administration.
Liaise with funding bodies and employers to gather accurate project information.
