Position Overview
LGEU is seeking an energetic and versatile Content & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role goes beyond content creation, it is central to shaping our brand, executing marketing campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with strong marketing acumen and an understanding of B2B industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
* Develop, write, and edit compelling content for all channels, including website, social media, newsletters, product collateral, case studies, and press releases.
* Ensure content is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with LGEU messaging and tone of voice.
* Optimise digital content for SEO and engagement metrics.
Marketing & Branding
* Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, trade shows).
* Assist in developing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence across Europe.
* Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and agencies to deliver campaigns that generate leads, awareness, and customer engagement.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Creative & Design Collaboration
* Work closely with internal designers and external agencies to produce graphics, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual assets.
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Manage content and campaign calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different markets.
* Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives in line with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, marketing, branding, or digital communications, B2B/industrial experience preferred.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and social media strategy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus.
5. Experience managing content management systems (CMS) and marketing platforms.
6. Creative mindset, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
