We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our existing team to help us redefine the future of rewards.
This will be an exciting role working across a member facing mobile app, you’ll need to understand the requirements of both the business and our users to create experiences which delight and achieve strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and solving broad, ambiguous Product challenges. The role will suit someone who is creative, detail-oriented and looking to rapidly develop their skills in a dynamic fast paced environment.
An expert in UX/UI preferably across customer facing mobile applications.
~ Experience using Figma and other design tools.
~ Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present design ideas to all stakeholders explaining your design decisions with clear rationale and storytelling.
~ Be a representative for Design as part of a cross functional team.
