About the role
Cuzena is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to support short term and mid term innovation and renovation activity on a project based basis. This role will initially be offered as a six month fixed term contract, with the intention to build capability and extend the role as the business continues to grow.
Working closely with the founder and teams across brand, product development, operations and commercial, you will be responsible for implementing defined projects end to end. You will act as the central link between external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on cost and to specification.
This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on structure, coordination and follow through, and who enjoys managing multiple projects at pace in a growing business.
Key responsibilities
* Actively support Cuzena's innovation and renovation plans across product and packaging
* Manage multiple projects from concept through to launch, coordinating suppliers and internal teams
* Own and manage the critical path throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones, dependencies and risks are clearly tracked and proactively managed
* Coordinate supplier engagement, including cost breakdowns, materials, packaging, transport, lead times and payment terms, in partnership with commercial stakeholders
* Support supplier selection and onboarding in collaboration with brand and operations teams
* Secure supplier capacity and readiness to deliver against project requirements
* Develop and maintain clear project trackers, reports and implementation plans
* Ensure timely, accurate and structured communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain implementation processes and ensure all project documentation is accurate and current
* Use tools such as Excel and project management systems to track progress, risks and actions
Skills, experience and qualifications
* Experience in project coordination or project implementation within an FMCG environment, retail or manufacturing
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects across categories, suppliers and timelines
* Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident working across teams and with external partners
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand cost, timing and supply implications
* Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to drive progress and resolve issues
* Comfortable using systems and tools such as Excel, ERP systems or project management platforms
* Project management qualification such as Prince2 is desirable
* CIPS qualification or supply chain related training is a plus
