What You’ll Do:

* Empower your team to achieve ambitious targets.
* Create an environment where every customer feels at ease.
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
You’ll Definitely:
* Have experience in coaching and building team capabilities.
* Be able to lead teams to achieve strong commercial and customer results.
* Have managed the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Have experience driving customer service in a sales and service environment.
* Be self-motivated and proactive.
