External Sales Representative - Engineering

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial distributor within Engineering & Manufacturing Supply. With a strong footprint in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, they are now looking to grow their external sales team in the Midlands region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated field sales professional with experience in industrial products to join a well-established business and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
* Promote and sell a broad range of products including bearings, power transmission, pneumatics, tools, and consumables
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage the full sales cycle
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Accurately log all activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
About You:
* Field sales experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial/mechanical components
* Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
* Self-driven, target-focused, and well-organised
* Full UK driving licence
