We work with databases, data models and client workflows. We improve existing systems for performance, reliability and maintainability. We debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. We take ownership of technical work from design through to delivery. We review code for correctness, maintainability, security and architectural fit. We work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to understand problems and deliver useful software. We help shape technical direction, architecture and development practices. We support and mentor other developers where appropriate. We contribute to AI-enabled features and integrations where they support wider client applications.
