A local company is looking for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis of up to 6 months, with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. This Administrator role will support the team with day-to-day duties, ensuring that all customers receive a professional, first-class service.
Details and Benefits:
* Monday to Friday role

* £13.00-£15.00 per hour depending on experience
* Central location to Swadlincote or Burton

Duties:
* Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers via email and telephone
* Greet visitors and provide a first point of contact for enquiries
* Update and maintain databases and computer records
* Carry out data entry tasks
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for various services
* Liaise with facilities departments to ensure the safe and effective operation of the park
* Answer phones, manage emails, and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday, 9:30am-14:30pm (25 hours per week)
Pay rate:
* £13.00-£15.00 per hour depending on experience
