The Operational Support Team Member plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations through effective administration and team support. As our Operational Support Team Member, you'll assist with general administration across a range of tasks, including employee relations, finance, new starter inductions, uniform, team training compliance, on-boarding, and team engagement activities to ensure operational consistency and an excellent colleague experience.
