Job Title: Learning Designer / Video Producer

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised professional body that sets standards and provides education, certification and research within their specialist sector. They are looking for someone to join their team as a full time learning designer, to identify and update pieces of their learning offerings into engaging learning videos.
Required Experience
* Strong Learning Design experience with a focus on video-based learning content
* Ability to review draft modules and identify content suitable for video transformation
* Proven experience in scripting and storyboarding for video learning
* Hands-on experience creating end-to-end video content (screencasts, talking head, narrative/explainer)
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere / Adobe Creative Suite for video production
* Ability to produce high volumes of video content at pace
* Strong understanding of designing specifically for video as a learning medium
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Awareness of AI video tools (e.g. Synthesia) advantageous but not essential
