Make a difference from the very first conversation. As part of an exciting expansion of our Access Hub team, we are looking for compassionate, skilled individuals to become the first friendly voice people hear when they reach out for support. Every day brings something new – from welcoming children, young people, families and vulnerable adults, to triaging enquiries, assessing need, evaluating risk, and guiding people to the right help. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring people can access the support and services that best meet their needs. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have existing knowledge, experience, or a strong understanding of neurodivergence and the needs of neurodivergent children, young people, adults, and their families.
