You'll play an integral role in advising clients, preparing reports, and liaising with local authorities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role will suit someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys the challenge of a varied workload. Key Responsibilities: Managing a range of planning applications, appeals, and development proposals Preparing and submitting planning documentation, reports, and statements Providing expert advice to clients, landowners, and developers Undertaking site assessments and research to support planning strategies Representing the company at meetings, hearings, and consultations Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as part of the wider team Building and maintaining client relationships to support business development About You The successful Senior Planner will be proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering high quality planning advice. You'll be confident managing projects independently and have excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and local authorities.
