Internal Sales Executive
📍 Near Reading | 💷 £30,000-£38,000 + uncapped OTE | 🕘 Full-time, Permanent
We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established consultancy for an Internal Sales Executive to support their business development team.
You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline through research, email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
Building and managing a sales pipeline
Researching target organisations and sectors
Engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders
Booking qualified meetings for Managing Directors
About you:
Sales, outbound or lead generation experience (B2B or B2C)
Confident communicator with a proactive, resilient mindset
Strong organisation and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to commute to an office near Reading
