Key Account /Business Development Executive - £27,300 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE £37k)

Running Imp Ltd/Bespoke Medals are the UK's Leading Mass Participation events suppliers specialising in Bespoke Medals.

JOB PURPOSE: Work to identify and procure Existing & new business efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Managing existing Key accounts building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure that retention driving profit margins and upselling where possible.
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs.
* Develop and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster long term partnerships.
* To raise the profile of the company and increase sales by retaining and attracting new customers, being proactive through calling, email or meeting and negotiating.
* Plan and prioritise personal activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
* To arrange and attend business meetings when necessary. To be proactive with all social networking platforms to gain the most potential for new and existing customers.
* Target business opportunities include agents, end users and distributors.
* To assist with promotion concept and design, identifying new promotional opportunities.
* Participate and contribute to the development of the company marketing plans and targets for the year.
* To monitor existing market conditions to identify opportunities (new products, demand, promotional) and threats (competitor action, demand), making recommendations to the head of Account Management.
* Assist with maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the department.
* To be willing to help, coach and develop others within the team when asked
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Holiday increasing with length of service
* Hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 am until 5pm and Friday 8.30 am until 4.30pm (37.5 hrs per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,300.00 per year
