IT Asset Management Specialist (ITAM)
Location: Hybrid (60% Office / 40% Home) – Knutsford
Job Description
* Maintain accurate, consistent IT asset records across relevant systems and platforms.
* Implement and oversee data governance frameworks for asset management.
* Analyse asset utilisation, lifecycle trends, and inventory data to support decision-making.
* Produce reports on asset performance, compliance, and cost optimisation.
* Support asset forecasting for procurement, refresh, and disposal activities.
* Assist with asset-related incidents, changes, audits, and documentation in line with internal and external standards.

CMDB, HAM, SAM, Reporting, ServiceNow, SQL, Excel, AssetManagement
Required Experience
* 3–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
* Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and configuration management.
* Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM).
* Ability to navigate ServiceNow and generate data-driven reports.
