Administrator (Maternity Cover) Salary: Starting £25,500 per annum plus excellent benefits Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Fixed Term, 12–14 months (Maternity Leave Cover) Location: Sheffield S4 What We’re Looking For: * Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills * Confident communicator with strong team-working abilities * Comfortable working with large volumes of data * Excellent IT skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands * Level 3 Business and Administration qualification (desirable) * Experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential * Key Responsibilities: * Data input for payroll services, including timesheet data into Excel * Use of computers and bespoke software to update resident service information * Working with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Mail) * Ordering stationery, lunches, refreshments, and equipment * Filing, storage, and archiving of documentation * Diary management, organising meetings/events, and taking minutes * Data management, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance * Daily, weekly, and monthly data checking, investigating discrepancies using bespoke billing software * Liaising with internal and external customers, teams, and departments via email and telephone * Finance administration including raising purchase orders, processing, and receipting invoices * Checking and updating bespoke databases for waste services across Sheffield properties * Processing service requests such as abandoned vehicles, clinical services, bulky waste, and other client requirements * Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail * Receiving visitors and providing site inductions * Supporting team activities across the Sheffield Integrated Waste Management Contract What We Can Offer You: * 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays * Access to our company pension scheme * Free physiotherapy service * Discounts on everything from groceries to well-known retailers * Access to a wide range of resources to support your physical, mental, and financial health * Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential
