Responsibilities of Continuous Improvement Engineer:
1. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools such as Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D and Value Stream Mapping
2. Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to meet stringent quality standards
3. Drive defect prevention through robust process controls and error-proofing solutions
4. Support new product development from concept through to launch
5. Specify and validate equipment, tooling, and fixtures to meet production needs
