Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting a data transformation, Improving data quality, consistency, and ownership across the business. This position requires strong SQL experience, stakeholder engagement and Insurance experience.
Key Focus
* Define and align data hierarchies (critical priority) and standardised business definitions
* Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, including risk location data discrepancies and alignment issues within the Policy Administration System (PAS)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain a single, consistent source of truth
Skills Required
* Demonstrated ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively
* Experience in data governance, including: Defining and managing data ownership AND Implementing and maintaining data quality frameworks
* Proficiency in SQL and data analysis / interrogation
* Approximately 4+ years of relevant professional experience
