What the Role Involves As a Graduate Maths Teacher Trainee, you will become an integral part of a dynamic Maths department in a supportive Portsmouth secondary school. Your training journey will be carefully structured and progressively build your independence. You will: Support the delivery of engaging Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Work closely with pupils in small groups and one-to-one sessions to improve understanding and confidence. Learn how to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively with expert guidance.
