What you’ll do
We provide clients across all our service lines with a dedicated Conveyancing team, backed by cutting-edge case management technology, allowing us to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will work with the wider team to provide businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
In this role, you’ll:
Be part of a market-leading New Homes Conveyancing team.
Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
Undertake and oversee tasks such as reviewing key documentation, managing completion, and resolving client due diligence issues.
Drive each transaction forward, understanding each client's specific requirements and intricacies of their instructions.
Ensure quality service and compliance for all matters.
Work closely with the wider team, including assistant-level resources, to guarantee excellent service.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a successful Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer in a New Homes environment.
Experience managing a busy caseload from start to finish.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
