The Role:
As Junior Sous Chef for Greys, you will be responsible for a small team, helping to develop the cuisine of Grey's, our small plate concept restaurant.
Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will help to construct and develop new ideas for the team, championing our Grey's menu.
