What we are looking for
* Experience in a Service Desk or similar environment
* Experience dealing with direct customers either by face to face or over phone
* Some degree of IT experience in account or system admin
* Experience with windows suite & Microsoft office etc
Job summary
* Handling calls from Health Service staff
* Transcribing calls to ticket form with a high degree of accuracy to a number of resolver groups
* Achieving a degree of first line fix for known issues, provide technical expertise, feedback and guidance to customers
* Operating in an iso20000 aligned environment
* Liaise with customers to acquire the necessary details regarding logged incidents
