I’m supporting a manufacturing partner who needs an experienced Production Planner to help keep things running smoothly, efficiently, and safely over a busy period. The Role & Responsibilities You’ll be the go-to person for keeping production on track — planning, scheduling, coordinating resources and ensuring everything runs to time, budget and safety standards. Key responsibilities include: * Collating job information, updating the Production Plan and tracking progress. * Scheduling jobs into the weekly planner, considering time, priority, resource availability and delivery targets. * Managing production resources to maximise productivity and support on-time delivery. * Capturing and inputting production data into SAP (Confirmations, KPIs & improvements). * Weekly release of SAP job cards and picklists across multiple production areas. * Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the factory, attending H&S meetings and communicating updates to the team. * Coordinating statutory inspections, equipment servicing and maintaining accurate records in line with company policy. * Liaising weekly with Telent on 4-week ...
