Job Title: Site Manager – Structured Cabling Projects

Overview:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of structured cabling installations across commercial office environments in London. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams, site logistics, and client communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers and supervisors across structured cabling projects (Cat6/Cat6a)
* Ensure installations are completed to specification, on time, and to high-quality standards
* Manage site stock, order materials, and control costs
* Oversee site health and safety compliance including risk assessments and method statements
* Maintain and update site drawings, patching schedules, and installation documentation
* Attend and document client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on actions
* Produce operations and maintenance manuals as needed
* Support urgent or hands-on installation work when required
* Monitor and maximise project profitability
Requirements:
* Experience in structured cabling, particularly within commercial office environments
* Strong understanding of Cat6/Cat6a installation standards
* Ability to lead teams, manage site activity, and liaise with clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project
* Confident with reading and updating technical site drawings
* Strong organisational and verbal communication
* Experience working on cabling infrastructure for financial or data centre clients
* Familiarity with cabling product sets used in corporate or financial sectors
* ECS/CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, or similar site certifications
