Essential Job Functions

1. Develop and refine high-quality digital content—web pages, blog articles, email campaigns, and social copy—that align with strategic marketing goals and brand tone.
2. Partner with subject matter experts and team leads to craft messaging that supports thought leadership and demand generation.
3. Maintain and evolve the structure and performance of our website through CMS management and UX improvements.
4. Coordinate with developers and designers to implement enhancements that improve usability, speed, and SEO readiness.
5. Lead keyword research and advanced SEO implementation to support search visibility, site health, and traffic growth.
6. Use tools like SEMrush to monitor trends, troubleshoot issues, and report on KPIs.
7. Establish and manage a dynamic content calendar to support campaigns, launches, and lead nurturing strategies across the funnel.
8. Align content production with cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the customer journey.
9. Design and deploy segmented CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to engage and convert targeted audiences.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Other Skill & Abilities

11. Strong digital writing and editing skills with a strategic mindset for audience engagement.
12. Proficient in CMS platforms (Process Wire), with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO schema best practices.
13. Demonstrated ability to assess performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
14. Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative, able to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
15. Comfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to campaign strategy and creative planning.
16. Experience working within a brand or demand generation team is a plus.
17. Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and digital accessibility guidelines is beneficial
18. Exposure to digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an asset.

Education & Experience

19. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
20. 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in SEO, CRM/email marketing, and content strategy.
21. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
22. Hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
