Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Deliver on-page SEO, content optimisation, and support technical SEO initiatives Monitor and analyse campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion data Produce clear, insightful reports and present findings to clients Support and contribute to client strategy meetings Work collaboratively with internal teams including content, creative, and strategy Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices Skills & Experience Required: 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment Practical experience managing PPC campaigns and supporting SEO projects Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 & Search Console Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz or similar Confident using Google Tag Manager (desirable but not essential) Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly A proactive, self-motivated mindset and strong willingness to learn Desirable: Experience in paid social advertising Basic CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
