Job summary: HSSU Coordinator Newcastle Hospital | Sterile Services | Permanent contract | Full time Up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience 37.5 hours per week
Main duties of the job: Move and handle trays and items of various weights and sizes, maintain accurate records and keep documentation up to date, dispose of contaminated waste in accordance with hospital policy, regularly check that equipment is in good working order and all faults are reported, maintain a clean and tidy working environment, and take action to rectify any problems and escalating issues where necessary.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and registrations essential.
Experience: Post registration experience essential.
