This very busy nursery in Chessington are looking for a room leader to support their large and busy pre-school room. Working 40 hrs a week, salary is c£30k depending on experience.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year's experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
