Junior Night Baker – Cotswolds
We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Night Baker located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop and restaurant with a real family feel. The successful Junior Baker will work throughout the night producing all baked products as per company specifications.

The Person
The Junior Night Baker will have:
* Have experience as a baker in a professional setting
* happy to work night hours from 5pm-1am
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
