Personal Assistant
Based in Thorpe, Egham, our Client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support two Directors. This is a key role requiring strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, with full responsibility for executive support and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to two Directors
* Audio, dictation and copy typing
* Manage emails, calendars, correspondence, and filing
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and reservations
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Support internal communication, events, and engagement activities
* Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Assist with CRM data entry and updates (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Liaise with internal teams (finance, warehouse, projects) and external partners
* Submit expenses and manage adhoc tasks, including personal errands
* Support client communication and proposal preparation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a PA or similar admin role
* Minimum typing speed of 65wpm
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
* Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset
* Confident in liaising at all levels
