We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to join TikTok LIVE Operations in London.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end design delivery for EU & UK TikTok LIVE initiatives, from concept to final production across digital and physical touchpoints.
* Create and scale a cohesive visual system for EU & UK LIVE (guidelines, templates, component libraries, and best practices), aligned with EMEA and central standards.
* Lead conceptualization and execution of multi-format assets including 2D/3D illustrations, key visuals, H5/landing layouts, LIVE stickers, creator education materials, product feature launch assets, partnership campaigns, OOH/DOOH, and offline event collateral (e.g., stage visuals, swag and signage).
* Partner with cross‑functional teams (Ops, PM, BD/Partnerships, Marketing, Content) to translate goals into clear creative direction, timelines, and production plans; proactively align early to reduce late‑stage churn.
* Design with cultural intelligence: localize visuals and messaging for diverse EU markets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
* Use research and trend awareness (creator/user insights, creative performance learnings, emerging tools) to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
* Maintain a high quality bar through strong craft, illustration work, art direction, layouts, and specs.
* Improve team efficiency by proposing workflows, checklists, and tool adoption (including AIGC) that increase speed without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience creating illustrations (3D and 2D).
* Understanding creative, design, and product operation processes; evidence of successful operation design projects in portfolio.
* Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction; ability to multitask.
* Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross‑cultural and cross‑functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency with AIGC / generative tools (e.g., image generation, asset creation, rapid ideation) with strong judgment around consistency, brand safety, and production readiness.
* Experience building brand guidelines, visual identities, or toolkits that scale across teams/markets.
* Motion graphics and/or video editing skills (e.g., lightweight animations for DOOH, social, H5).
* Familiarity with LIVE / creator ecosystems, interactive campaign mechanics, or monetization‑driven programs.
* Experience supporting offline events and producing print/physical deliverables.
* Software / Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Cinema 4D (Redshift/Octane) or Blender, AI generative tools (workflow‑dependent).
