We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Cambridge CC team based in various locations depending on assigned region. Location: Basingstoke - Office Based Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Contract Administration Team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills whilst working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll be managing work orders, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both internal and external clients. What will you be responsible for? As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Contract Administration Team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services. Your day to day will include: Raising, allocating and completing work orders for both planned and reactive works, ensuring all details are accurate and comprehensive Communicating effectively with customers and team members, monitoring inboxes and providing phone support as required Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, scheduling works, arranging site escorts and chasing paperwork to meet service level agreements Reviewing and updating work orders daily, ensuring correct information, making necessary corrections and resolving system issues Supporting Contract Managers with administrative tasks, monitoring performance reports and providing solutions to improve service delivery What are we looking for?
