The Boyce Group is looking for an organised, driven, and proactive Administrator to support the Boyce Group across its diverse range of businesses, including hospitality, retail, property, and leisure. The role is based in Newport but may require occasional travel where required.
This is a fast-paced and varied role for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments, supporting managers, and contributing to the efficient running of the wider group.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office enquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful response at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring prompt distribution
Provide professional administrative support to managers across multiple business areas.
Take minutes, and follow up on key actions and deadlines.
Manage internal communications and shared inboxes to ensure efficient information flow.
Support HR processes such as onboarding and maintaining staff records.
Assist with procurement administration — obtaining quotes, managing supplier information, and supporting purchasing processes.
Provide finance support — processing invoices, managing expense records, and assisting with budget tracking and reconciliation.
Maintain and update systems and shared drives to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use.
Support operational projects as needed across the Group.
Build positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
