Production Team Leader | Food & Nutrition Manufacturing | Hands-On Role with Progression
Location: Medway, Kent
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility when needed)

They’re now seeking a Production Team Leader to help oversee day-to-day operations on the factory floor, supporting the team and ensuring production runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting part of the production team to meet daily targets.
Monitoring product quality and ensuring safety standards are always maintained.
Helping to plan and coordinate daily production activities.
Working closely with the Production Supervisor and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Encouraging teamwork and maintaining a positive, productive working environment.
Getting involved in process improvements and learning new skills as the business grows.What’s In It for You

Experience in a Team Leader or Senior Operative role within food, supplements, or a similar manufacturing environment.
