We're Hiring: Producer/Project Manager
Can you:
* Plan workflow through the studio
* Cost proposals using Synergist
* Invoice projects
* Produce strategic critical paths
* Produce contact reports following client meetings
* Brief projects into the creative team
* Lead creative strategy and show evidence of doing so
* Develop brand communications platforms
* Plan and execute digital communications
* Above all, have a deep understanding of brand and how to connect it to the target audience within our core sectors of sports and outdoors
Location: Leicester studio (4 days in-office, optional Fridays remote)
Our client is a multidisciplinary creative agency specialising in defining brands across - brand strategy, positioning, graphics, communications, film & retail. They craft bold, effective brand campaigns, photoshoots, films, retail environments, and digital experiences for global brands.
Independent since 2001, they’ve helped shape the stories of brands like Nike, Auto Trader, Sport 2000, Polartec, Sytner, Ecco, Lowa, Tecnica, Flogas, Marriott, Milliken, La Sportiva.
We're looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of relevant agency experience to manage creative projects, ensuring seamless execution, strong client relationships, and exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and manage diverse projects - brand campaigns, photoshoots, film shoots, retail design, and digital experiences.
* Be a key client liaison, leading meetings and growing relationships with clients.
* Input on project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring top-tier execution.
* Work closely with creative teams to deliver impactful, high-quality work.
* Anticipate challenges, and be pro-active in problem-solving, and keep projects running smoothly.
* Report to our Senior Project Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Proven success delivering campaigns for major brands.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
A full, clean driver's license.
Nice-to-Haves:

* Familiarity with collaboration tools, project management software, and standard design studio workflows.
* Experience with programs such as InDesign/PowerPoint aren’t essential but will put you at an advantage.
