Swansea Cats and Kittens was set up in November 2023 by a group of volunteers who are passionate about helping the cats and kittens in the Swansea and surrounding areas.
Swansea Cats and Kittens are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help their dedicated team of volunteers.
Operations Coordinator
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility to include occasional weekend or evenings
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Contract: Initially 1 year to be extended if funding is made available
You will be the key link between volunteers, the public, and the charity’s rescue work — helping to ensure everyone feels supported and informed throughout our day‑to‑day operations.
This role involves:
1. Overseeing the smooth running of rescue operations
2. Coordinating volunteers
3. Maintaining accurate information and records
4. Supporting hands‑on rescue work
