The Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join the firm's busy property team. This role will focus primarily on residential conveyancing, managing files from instruction to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
2. Managing files from initial instruction through to post-completion
3. Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
5. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
6. Providing clear and timely updates to clients throughout the process
Requirements
7. Qualified Solicitor within NI
8. Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
9. Excellent communication and client care skills
10. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
11. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
