About Our Client
Our client is a well established accountancy practice in Farnham.
Job Description
* Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies* Complete corporation tax returns and personal tax computations* Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact* Review and support junior staff with bookkeeping and accounts work* Assist with VAT returns, management accounts, and compliance work* Liaise with clients to provide proactive accounting and advisory support* Ensure work is completed in line with UK GAAP and relevant tax regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
3. Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent academic background.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
5. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Confidence in communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
