Further details about the role
We are looking for an organised and detail oriented individual to join the team at Malet Lambert School as a Receptionist who will ensure the smooth running of the reception area by welcoming visitors in person and on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries, safeguarding staff and pupils by following school procedures in relation to DBS checks and providing the relevant visitor badges, and ensuring administration tasks are completed to an appropriate standard for our School.
The working hours are 8:00am to 16:30pm Monday and Wednesday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 32 hours per year to attend team meetings and training outside your normal hours. Your actual salary will be £9,447.22 per annum, paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. If you are interested in part-time work, please contact us to explore this further.
