We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals for one of our clients. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist neurological care and rehabilitation setting.
As part of a supportive and multidisciplinary environment, you’ll contribute to every stage of the care process – from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation – ensuring that each individual receives exceptional, tailored support to meet their needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to patients with neurological and complex needs.
*
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
*
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
*
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards.
*
Support and mentor junior colleagues and student nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
*
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical practices through audit, training, and reflective practice.
*
Promote a positive and inclusive environment that upholds dignity, respect, and patient choice.
About You
We are looking for a professional who combines clinical competence with genuine compassion and teamwork. You will bring:
*
Current NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health).
*
Post-registration experience, ideally within a neurological care, rehabilitation, or complex needs environment.
*
Up-to-date clinical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining clinical excellence.
*
A genuine passion for neurological care and improving patients’ quality of life.
*
A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
*
The ability and enthusiasm to mentor students and support less experienced team members.
