Temporary Office Administrator
Join a dynamic, Warwickshire-based commercial kitchen installation company, which completes wide range high-level installation work and services to several blue-chip fast food/hospitality companies within the industry.
Role Overview
* Duration: Approximately 11 weeks.
* Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (Flexible 4–6 hours per day).
* Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience (typically £12.50 – £16.00+ in Warwickshire).
* Training: Full comprehensive training provided on all in-house systems and industry-specific workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Support: Produce essential documentation for installation teams and delivery drivers.
* Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel and local accommodation for on-site engineers.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate project databases and spreadsheets to monitor progress.
* Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for blue-chip clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Office Maintenance: Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and managing incoming mail.
