We are looking for a Management Accounts Apprentice to join our team and begin a career in accountancy within a supportive and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver with strong academic results who is interested in developing practical accounting skills while studying towards a professional qualification. You will work alongside experienced accountants, supporting the delivery of management accounting services to a range of clients. About the Role This role offers a structured learning environment where you will gain valuable real-world experience while developing your accounting knowledge and qualifications. As Management Accounts Apprentice, you will assist with the day-to-day finance and accounting requirements of multiple businesses, helping to maintain accurate financial records and supporting the preparation of management accounts. You will also work closely with clients and colleagues across the firm to ensure information is collected and processed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the preparation of management accounts for a range of clients Accurately processing financial data on a weekly or monthly basis Maintaining and balancing client ledgers to ensure records are up to date Investigating and resolving anomalies in financial data where identified Chasing information from clients to ensure records are completed within agreed deadlines Supporting other team members with monthly accounting processes Liaising with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth service for clients Attending college and maintaining progress with professional studies as part of the apprenticeship About You As a motivated and detail-oriented school leaver, you will enjoy working with numbers and have an ambition to build a long-term career in accounting and finance.
