This is not a high-volume, KPI-driven sales floor role. Its a leadership position focused on shaping growth strategy, developing a team and building long-term, relationship-led commercial success within a membership environment.

The role Youll be responsible for leading an internal sales function and contributing to the organisations wider commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and developing a sales team
Driving membership and revenue growth
Strengthening retention and engagement strategies
Identifying new market opportunities
Supporting senior stakeholder negotiations
Using data and insight to shape commercial direction
