Are you an experienced Site Manager or Construction Manager looking for your next opportunity on a high-profile, secure site?
We re supporting a leading principal contractor renowned for delivering complex decommissioning, demolition, and environmental services across highly regulated sectors - including nuclear, defence, and industrial. They are seeking a skilled professional to support works on a secure and technically challenging site.
This role is suited to someone with a strong background in managing construction or civils projects within secure or high-compliance environments. You'll take ownership of on-site coordination, safety, and progress, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Requirements:
* Active SC Clearance
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* Black CSCS Managers Card with NVQ Level 6 in Site Management (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in managing construction activities in a complex/regulated environment
* Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
* Health and safety conscious, with knowledge of construction compliance protocols
Desirable:
* Degree, HND, HNC, ONC, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
* Additional safety accreditations (e.g., CCNSG Safety Passport)
