What You'll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
9. Interview and vet candidates for teaching and support roles
10. Write engaging profiles to promote candidates to local schools
11. Support experienced consultants with school placements and sales
12. Build relationships with educators and schools across Durham, Newcastle and surrounding areas
13. Meet performance targets and earn commission from day one
14. Learn the full recruitment cycle and education sector inside-out
About the Impact Academy
Tradewind's Impact Academy is one of the UK's most comprehensive graduate training programmes in recruitment. You'll receive structured coaching, hands-on experience, and 1:1 mentorship - ensuring you develop all the skills to thrive in this dynamic industry.
Your Career Progression
After your first year, you'll transition into a full 360° Recruitment Consultant role with your own client base. You'll receive advanced training in:
