Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Mid‑Market Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and forward‑thinking business folks. As our Senior Manager, Mid‑Market Sales you will lead a team of Account Executives in the Northern Europe region responsible for continuing the growth of our Enterprise product. You will report directly to our Director, Commercial Sales. With this role you'll collaborate with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line. This is a full‑time role that will be held from our London office.
What you’ll do at Figma:
* Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success
* Participate in customer and prospect meetings
* Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring and career growth
* Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives
* Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
* Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals
* Enable closed captioning on video conferencing
* Ensure all written communication is compatible with screen readers
* Change the mode or format of interviews
To ensure the integrity of our hiring process and facilitate a more personal connection, we require all candidates to keep their cameras on during video interviews. Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in‑person onboarding.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
* 2+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading a successful and consistent sales team
* Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
* Outstanding coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
* Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
Preferred (optional)
* Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
* Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
* Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
* Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
