Support the Head of Digital in the continued development and improvement of the Paid Media and wider Digital strategy.
Key responsibilities:
* Your focus will be to drive Paid Media channel performance forward. Taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful changes with a fearlessness of such change. Employing a solid test and learn approach
* Paid Media budget - £multi-media
* Support with all Paid Media elements, including campaign planning, implementing, managing, and reporting.
* Fully optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
* This role will be supported by both the existing in house team – Paid Social/ Paid Media Executives as well as the long term partnership they’ve had with their Digital Agency.
* Work alongside the wider digital team including SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Social Media to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.
The successful candidate must have:
* At least 5 years’ experience in a senior Paid Media / Digital Performance role. Strong Paid Search experience, hands on previously. GA4 experience.
* Confident in managing large budgets, teams, fast paced and senior stakeholder relationships.
* Experience working in a testing environment, test & learn.
* Need to be analytical, comfortable reviewing data finding new opportunities for growth.
* Wider Digital channel experience. Knowledge of how paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation and CRM work together.
* Experience working with agency partners and holding them to account.
